Payment and Policies
My Rates are $120/hr and sessions are generally 70- 80 minutes depending on the service. My travel rate is $125/ hr and includes time to travel, set up, and break down.
Payments: Due in full at the time of service or can be purchased online ahead of time. Payments can be made by cash, check, credit & debit card, paypal, venmo or bank transfer. There will be a $25 fee collected if the check bounces. Folks on SSDI and/ or with disabilities and BIPOC rates are available. Please inquire accordingly or let me know if you have any financial concerns and need a sliding scale considered.
Scheduling Sessions: You're welcome schedule with me by phone or email. Please reserve texting for letting me know if you're running late or need to cancel last minute. I typically respond within 24 hours, or if on a weekend then the following Monday. I will respond sooner if I am able.
Cancelation policy: Your appointment is reserved strictly for you. In the event that you must cancel your scheduled session, a 24-hour notice is required. Otherwise, you will be charged the full amount for the missed session. I certainly understand that emergencies do arise and I will accommodated on a case-by-case basis. *I am happy to offer 1 free-bee cancellation, since life is unpredictable. :)
Covid-19 and ongoing protocols; I am sanitizing all surfaces before and after each session. An air purifier will remain on throughout the session as well as an essential oil diffuser with antiviral and respiratory supportive oils (depending on the client's preferences and sensitivities). Masks are no longer required yet feel free to wear to your comfort.
