Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST)
is a gentle whole body therapy that helps you slow down and reconnect with your body's natural rhythms, which we rarely access in our busy, stressful lives. It uses stillness and very light touch—typically at your feet, lower back, or head—to bring balance and healing to your body and nervous system.
Unlike massage, BCST relies on gentle contact and periods of stillness rather than manipulation. It helps regulate your nervous system by releasing tension and the underlying imprints of trauma that cause stress and pain.​​
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) has emerged as a leading somatic therapy for resolving trauma and chronic pain. The practitioner follows cues from your body's healing intelligence rather than imposing their agenda or trying to fix you. During sessions, you lie fully clothed on a table, and there are often periods of silence as your system naturally shifts and releases what it's been holding.
