Dance When you're broken open.

Dance if you've torn the bandage off..

Dance in the middle of the fighting.

Dance in your blood.

Dance when you're perfectly free.

a little about me...

I’ve been curious about people and about life for as long as I can remember.

I’ve always loved listening, especially to what’s said beneath the words.

It’s still what I enjoy most, and it’s at the heart of how I work

 my journey

In the summer of 2007, I woke from a coma after surviving an aircraft accident. My life changed in that instant. I woke in a hospital with many broken bones, a traumatic brain injury, and PTSD, among other injuries and challenges. I was surrounded by care: medical staff, family, and friends.

My body needed its own kind of mending. Over many years, I received support from countless traditional and holistic approaches. I can’t say any one thing heals everything, but craniosacral therapy changed so much for me. It was a steady, essential support. My sped-up, traumatized system slowed down and found the deep rest I couldn’t find on my own. That’s when things began to shift.

Alongside it came other supports that brought me back into my body and into life: meditation, being with horses and dogs, dance and singing, hot springs, baths and water aerobics, creativity, mind and body awareness, and community. And joy, sprinkled throughout, kept me going. All of it mattered. All of it was part of finding my way back.

If you’d like to hear more, I talk about it in this interview with Bethany Lewis OTR/L, 'The Concussion Coach. ...Listen here

the path that led to me to you

Eventually, I trained in the work that had helped me, including the Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach Training and Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, knowing it would continue supporting my own journey while allowing me to walk alongside others in theirs. Now I offer what I’ve learned, not as someone who has all the answers, but as someone who knows what it’s like to need to find your way back.

This work isn’t about fixing or diagnosing. It’s about creating space where your body remembers it can soften, where your heart can speak, and where you can reconnect with the resilience and joy that’s already yours.

Curiosity and devotion are part of how I work. Bring as much or as little of that as you like. You don’t have to have it all figured out. Just show up as you are and be willing to begin.
