Cancellation Policy

Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, Paypal, check, or cash. There is a charge if the check bounces. Cancellations: I require 24-hour notice to avoid the charge. If it is not 24-hour notice the charge is the full appointment fee. All communication for cancellations needs to be by PHONE NOT by text or emails. I must strictly enforce my Cancellation Policy, regardless of the reason, to avoid the ethical dilemma of waiving it for one reason over another. The exception to this is if you have a fever or other COVID-19 symptoms. One free~bee allowed! We appreciate your interest in your self care and allowing us to be an advocate for your well-being.
